July 6th. 2015, marked the Grand Announcement with August 2015 being the Grand Opening. The Orange Terrace Inn of Macon strives to offer you a unique experience while visiting the historic downtown Macon and Middle Georgia area. Within 80 miles of Atlanta or walking distance of Downtown Macon, Georgia, we offer a unique location that puts you close to where you want to be at a price that’s right for this unique property. The B&B/Inn/HomeStay is small and quaint, but features large accommodations for your relaxing time away. Meet and share your adventures with other guest in the living room; or chat and play board games over tea and coffee in the formal dining room.

“Sunny” – $149 per night
Featuring Queen-sized bed, sitting area, sizable, private bathroom with 111 yr. old clawfoot tub, separate shower, two sinks and ample storage. The 150 yr. old hardwood floors are beautifully refinished and adorned with a coordinating rug to accent the floors richness. This room is named Sunny because of the amount of southern exposure it receives. The natural tone sets the stage for a time of mediation and relaxation.
Papa’s Room – $130 per night
For the ladies or gentlemen, this room consists of a double bed, its own private bathroom (shower, no bathtub) and old West decor. It has plenty of space and a plaque which states, “If you jump in this saddle, be ready for the ride.” It is closest to the rear entrance where a small, treehouse-deck with two outdoor, cushioned chairs and a table awaits you for early morning reading or a night-cap before bed.
Samm – $99 per night
Coming to town for a corporate meeting, time with local friends or relatives, but want your own space? Then Samm is the room for you. Not too big and not too small. This room gives you the feeling of getting your money’s worth by paying less because you may be in it less time.
Red, White and Blue, We Love You – $130 per night
This lusciously, large room is decorated in red, white and blue furnishing, commemorating all of those who serve or have served our country, state, or city. It has a double bed, comfy chair to read, write or take a nap, with French doors opening up to a balcony with a lovely view of Macon. The view is one of the best in the city. This room has no en suite bath yet your bath room is not shared unless there is limited accommodations. Also, with military, local or state ID., receive 15% off with a two or three night stay. We honor you and thank you for your protection.
Guest Carriage House – $195 per night or ask about weekly rates
Built in circa 1904 as an original horse and carriage barn, this historic carriage house invites you to venture back in time to when life was simple in beautiful Middle GA. With 12.5 foot ceilings above you and the warmth of 100-year-old plus, hardwood floors at your feet, you will begin to see why hospitality is a grand tradition in the South. Purchase your own groceries and prepare your own meals in the professional, fully equipped, cafe kitchen, sit a spell in the wood-rich living room or venture out into your own private, outdoor sanctuary with a covered pergola and seating; or roast marshmallows, hot dogs and make S’mores in the fire pit.
$99-225 plus taxes, single or double occupancy (Please note ALL bedrooms are on the second floor, except for the private, Guest Carriage House across the courtyard.)

1-Night deposit required at the time of your reservation
$30.00 per night for each additional person after double occupancy in the Main Home and the Carriage House.
